Christian Family Services is a faith-based counseling and adoption agency, based in Southfield, that is looking for licensed counselors to join our team on a part-time basis. CFS accepts private pay clients as well as participates with major insurance carriers. We provide face-to-face counseling as well as telehealth services, when requested.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, has excellent communication skills, works independently and has a foundational knowledge of clinical skills and treatment approaches. The counselor will work with individuals and couples to develop a treatment plan to help them reach their goals, monitor progress and document accordingly. 

We have an immediate need for counselors with a special focus on women and women’s issues, including women’s emotional health, abuse, post-partum depression, sexual trauma and eating disorders.

Opportunities are available for individuals with the following credentials:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Psychologist (LP)

• Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP)
